We list your home the same way as Realtors who charge 6%, but our standard listing fee is $499. You do the easy parts like confirming showing requests, answering basic questions, and we help with the difficult parts-the forms, listing in the MLS, and are available for your questions throughout. The result is an average of an $8,072 larger check at closing when compared to traditional huge commission agents.Our sellers offer 2-3% to buyer agents as motivation for them to bring their buyers to show and sell the home (Buyer agents expect to earn around 2.5% when they represent a buyer). The MLS is the list of homes that all Realtors use to find a property for their buyers.
