Notice: This program covers only the listing portion of the commission for selling your home. To be listed in MLS you must offer a commission to the buyer's agent to be paid if you accept an offer from a buyer involved with an agent. This buyer agent commission is paid at the closing of the sale of your home as a reduction of the funds you receive from selling your home (this is the same as traditional seller real estate commissions are paid). For this program, buyer agent commission minimum is 2.5% on homes under $500,000 (3% is recommended).
